No. 2, 1 and 4 standard bag filters are applicable for processing acid and alkaline liquids and solvents, and neutral liquids and can meet the strictest technical requirements of customers.
CS carbon steel, 304 stainless steel and 316 stainless steel filters are also provided. These filters apply high grade design specifications and can ensure sufficient corrosion margin and the highest reliability. O type sealing rings of different materials can meet different liquid and working temperature requirements.
Features of the top-in single bag filter: The inner space of the filter is fully used to prevent space waste that usually occurs in traditional side-in filters.
Filtering bags can be replaced just by opening the top cover, unlike traditional side-in filters whose filtering bags can be replaced only by removing the clamping ring, reducing possibility of secondary pollution.
The liquid inlet pipe is wide and smooth and the inner of the top cover of the filter is trumpet-shaped. Liquids can be separated automatically when entering the filter. Therefore, the filter has little impact on the filtering bag, effectively protecting the filtering bag, preventing accidents and featuring low pressure loss and fast and stable filtering. Turbulent flow occurs in the side-in filter when liquids enter the filter; thus, the pressure loss is high and the filtering bag may overturn in the filter, causing accidental breaking of the filtering bag.
The filter bag applies patented ring opening which clings to the filer closely and multi-layer sealing for better sealing performance.
