Materials of filtering bags include:
Polypropylene (PP): resistant to acid and alkaline, resistant to
high temperature up to 90°C, applying non-woven fabrics, with deep filtering
precision up to 0.5 μm – 200 μm. Filters made from OO can work continuously
under 90℃ and are highly resistant to acids and alkaline. Filters made from PP
are applicable for filtering of dust and liquids under flue gas temperature
below 100 ℃ or high acid and alkaline environments.
Polyester (PE): resistant to alkaline and solvent,
resistant to high temperature up to 160°C, applying non-woven fabrics, with deep
filtering precision up to 0.5 μm – 200 μm.
Nylon (NMO): resistant to acids and alkaline and solvent,
and resistant to high temperature up to 160°C
Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE): working under 250 °C with
instantaneous temperature up to 280 °C; highly resistant to acids and alkaline
and oxidization; hardly inflammable; the only fabrics that does not age; meeting
requirements under the worst conditions.
Stainless steel filter screen: thorough filtering,
resistant to high temperature and pressure, repeated cleaning allowed, durable
with absolute filtering precision up to 25 – 1200 μm. Filters made from 304SS
and 316SS are available.
Jointing of filtering bags: heat melting and seaming: The
heat melting technology ensures that filtering bags have optimum jointing
strength to prevent leakage. Seamed filtering bags are durable and provide
optimum sealing performance. Pure machine sewing thread does not contain
lubricating components such as silicone oil, preventing secondary pollution
caused by common machine sewed filtering bags.
Materials of the collar extension of filtering bags: stainless
steel, PP and PE.
Surface treatment: Surfaces are singed and burnished to
prevent secondary pollution caused by falling off of fabrics.
