When to replace the filtering bag of a bag filter:

(1) The time to replace filtering bags can be roughly determined according to work experience.

(2) Pressure gauges are installed at the inlet and outlet pipes of bag filters. The time to replace filtering bags can be determined according to the pressure difference between the front and back pressure gauges. Generally, a filtering bag can bear a pressure difference of 0.5 to 1 kg/cm². When the pressure difference reaches the area, filtering bags should be replaced promptly so as no to break filtering bags and affect filtering performance.
